BRM establishes and documents a symptom-based and chronological crisis communication plan. The plan provides the organization's communication responsible with a tool that ensures structured and efficient management of both internal and external communication during a crisis event.
The purpose of media training is, through theory and practical exercise of tailored scenarios, to strengthen the company's ability for strategic and practical media handling, focusing on crisis communication. The exercise is primarily aimed at the communication department or the crisis management team.
